It is important to us we make real food that you can taste the love we put into each batch. We have a personal relationship with our vendors that allows us to maintain a high standard of quality in our food. Eating well should be enjoyable and make you feel good too. Our first priority is to make quality food with all natural ingredients.

Family, friends & neighbors are the reason we exist. No one achieves anything alone; we are all interdependent. We want to pay forward the love and support we've received to our consumers, employees, partners and communities.

We love what we do and believe food brings people together and the best moments involve laughter. We don't ever want to take ourselves too seriously...it's only crackers after all.
Our Story
North Hill Bakery is named after the place that gave me the encouragement and confidence, to venture out and start my own business. We moved our family to Cleveland for my corporate job, but during the pandemic that went away. I refocused my creative energy in our kitchen. I have been baking and sharing since I was a teenager. It felt good to return back to a place that inspires me. New ingredients and the science of sourdough became my passion and, I felt energized. I received so much encouragement from family and neighbors, that I decided it was time to pair my operational business experience with my love of baking. Our customers keep me motivated. Growing my own business has been a dream. We are here because of community and are committed to making a positive impact wherever we operate.
